Sessions are held at New Road Psychotherapy, Hove.

The initial session is 70 minutes to allow time for a history and to agree a therapy plan.

£70.00 per session.

Sessions are 50 minutes.

Supportive Music and Imagery

I work with adults online and I offer fixed term (6-10 sessions) of Supportive Music and Imagery. The initial session and is 75 minutes (an initial consultation and assessment with an SMI experience).

Subsequent sessions are 60 – 75 minutes

Sessions are £51.00 and on Zoom
